Our Members

Members of ATEST bring a diversity of expertise in fighting different forms of human trafficking and modern-day slavery in communities across the globe. Our membership currently includes 12 U.S.-based human rights organizations with anti-slavery programs in the United States and around the globe, and one individual member.

Coalition of Immokalee Workers (CIW)

CIW is a community-based farm worker organization headquartered in Immokalee, Florida, and has aided in the liberation of more than 1,000 workers from modern-day slavery.

Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking (CAST)

CAST, based in Los Angeles, provides comprehensive social and legal services to survivors of all forms of human trafficking in the United States. It also conducts extensive outreach, advocacy, and training efforts based on a survivors-centered approach to ending modern-day slavery.

End Child Prostitution and Trafficking (ECPAT-USA)

ECPAT-USA is the United States branch of ECPAT International, encouraging the world community to ensure that children everywhere enjoy their fundamental rights free from all forms of commercial sexual exploitation.

Free the Slaves

Free the Slaves liberates slaves around the world, helps survivors rebuild their lives, influences policy, researches real-world solutions, and tells the story of slavery to convince the world that it is possible to end slavery.

International Justice Mission (IJM)

Headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area with offices around the world, IJM secures justice for victims of modern-day slavery, sexual exploitation, and other forms of violent oppression.

Not for Sale Campaign

The Not for Sale Campaign works to equip and engage intellectuals, faith communities, business leaders, students, and a growing network of individuals, through open-source activism, to end slavery in our lifetime.

Polaris Project

Polaris Project combats all forms of human trafficking and, using a holistic strategy, strives for systemic change by advocating for stronger federal and state laws, operating the National Human Trafficking Resource Center hotline, and providing comprehensive direct services to survivors of trafficking.

Safe Horizon

Safe Horizon, based in New York City, is the nation’s leading victim assistance organization and helps more than 250,000 people each year who have been affected by child abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking or other violent crimes.

Solidarity Center

The Solidarity Center strengthens workers’ economic and political power by promoting an international movement for democracy and social justice—where governments enforce, and employers respect, workers’ rights. The center uses its expertise to combat some of the worst forms of labor exploitation, including forced labor, human trafficking, and migrant worker exploitation.

Verité

Verité is a Massachusetts-based nonprofit organization that works with major brands and suppliers to assess and improve working conditions worldwide. The organization works to combat slavery and labor trafficking in global supply chains.

Vital Voices Global Partnership

Vital Voices Global Partnership identifies, invests in and brings visibility to extraordinary women around the world by unleashing their leadership potential to transform lives and accelerate peace and prosperity in their communities.

World Vision

World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working communities worldwide to tackle the causes of poverty and injustice, including human trafficking. They partner with governments, organizations, and communities to prevent vulnerability, protect survivors, and help prosecute traffickers.
