CALL FOR CONFIDENTIAL HELP & INFO 24/7
Appropriations Sign On Letters – Please Add Your Voice!
On March 18, the Alliance to End Slavery & Trafficking (ATEST) held a national call to discuss the critical appropriations requests for FY14, as well as ATEST's strategy and funding priorities moving forward, especially after the reauthorization of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act earlier this month.
We need your support to both protect existing federal funding for anti-trafficking programs and strengthen those we feel require additional resources in this budget climate for victim services. Please review the attached letters to DHS, CJS, LHHS, FSGG, and SFOPS appropriation subcommittees, in addition to the letter to PRM about IOM funding.
Please email Meredith Owen at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the following: (1) Whether your organization would like to sign on; (2) If so, to which letters; and (3) How you would like to see your name and/or organization's name written on the letter.
Thank you for your support.
